Office Locations: Blueprints, Breakthroughs and Spaces That Shaped Us

Rooted in Growth: How Every Office Move Shaped Our Story

For 25 years, our offices have reflected not just where we work—but how far we’ve come. From our first humble space to our most recent creative hub, each move has marked a new chapter in our growth. Every zip code, every desk and every freshly painted wall has been a backdrop to big ideas, bold moves and the evolving culture that defines us.

While the spaces have changed, our purpose hasn’t: to create an environment that inspires great work—and even greater thinking.

CLARK, NJ

Clark: Small Office, Big Step

Working from home had its limits. As our team and client roster grew, we needed space to fuel creativity, host meetings and—let’s be honest—get out of the house.

One day, while driving through Clark, we stumbled upon office space for rent—and something about it felt right. With a bullpen-style layout and private offices, it offered exactly what we needed: room to grow, a place to bring clients and a fresh chapter to build on.

For the first time, we were paying rent—and gaining real momentum. Our team was expanding, our client list was growing and the puzzle pieces were finally falling into place. It was here that we partnered with Service Professionals—a local HVAC company that was also gaining market traction with solid customer service and performance.

CLARK, NJ

Back to Clark: Full Circle, New Perspective

Funny how life brings you back around. Years after outgrowing our first Clark space, we found ourselves back in the neighborhood, eyeing a fixer-upper with good bones and even better potential. One walk-through and we were sold—it was the blank canvas we didn’t know we were looking for.

We transformed the two-story building into a dynamic, full-service space: private offices, two kitchens, a welcoming reception area, a large conference room for big ideas and a parking lot that actually fit our growing team and many visitors.

This chapter wasn’t just about space—it was about scale. We welcomed an influx of new clients, including Princeton Theological Seminary, a deeply rewarding partnership that continues to this day. Coming back to Clark was a relaunch—with perspective, purpose and plenty of parking.

Then came 2020—and like the rest of the world, we adapted overnight. Remote work became the new norm, and while the desks sat empty, our creativity, collaboration and client commitment never skipped a beat. After many meaningful years in Clark, we made the thoughtful decision to sell the building and start a new, more flexible chapter that opened the door to what came next.

HOLMDEL, NJ

Holmdel Again: Remote, Reimagined

In May 2023, we decided to take space back in Holmdel—this time at Bell Works, a “metroburb” that combines the energy of a city with the comfort of suburbia. It’s a one-of-a-kind building built for innovation, collaboration and flexibility—giving us space to work in ways that fit our evolving needs.

We share this dynamic space with our sister company, OTM Payments, and together we’ve embraced everything Bell Works has to offer—from brainstorming on the rooftop deck to midday ice cream breaks and a little friendly competition on the golf range. The Wednesday farmer’s market has become a favorite ritual—part refuel, part inspiration.

This fresh environment also brought fresh opportunities. One of the first new clients we welcomed here was University of Maryland Global Campus. Their forward-thinking mission and focus on accessible education aligned seamlessly with our own renewed perspective. It’s a partnership that feels as modern and dynamic as the space we’re creating it in.

For a business built on adaptability and reinvention, this move wasn’t just a new address—it was a mindset shift. A full-circle moment with a clearer, wider lens.

Growth That’s Never Stagnant

Throughout the years, there is one thing we've always known for sure: growth must be intentional. It's not just about expanding. Growth is evolving in a way that supports the team, clients, vision and values.

So, while the addresses have changed, the mission has not. From basement brainstorming to Bell Works brilliance, each step forward has taken us closer to the business—and the team—we’ve always aspired to be. Along the way, we’ve expanded our team and, most importantly, deepened our relationships with clients—strengthening the partnerships that are at the heart of our continued success.

Here’s to the places that shaped us—and to the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
